To help us respond faster, please include your device model, iOS version, and app version.
For privacy-related requests, such as access or deletion of your data, use the same address and mention “Privacy request” in the subject line. Keep in mind that face scanning runs on your device and the images are never sent to us, so we do not hold them and cannot retrieve or delete them for you.
Yoface is not a medical device, and we cannot provide medical, dermatological, or cosmetic advice by email. If something hurts or worries you, stop practicing and consult a qualified professional.
