Yoface: Face Yoga

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Yoface (the “App”) provided by Slonapps (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

The App provides face yoga and facial exercise programs, instructional content, practice tracking, and an optional on-device face scan that suggests areas to focus on and lets you follow changes over time.

2. No Medical, Dermatological, or Cosmetic Advice

Yoface is not a medical device, and we are not doctors, dermatologists, cosmetologists, or licensed therapists. The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

All content in the App, including scan results, scores, and recommendations, is provided for general wellness, fitness, and educational purposes only. It is not a medical assessment of your face, skin, or health, and no doctor–patient or professional relationship is created by your use of the App. You are solely responsible for deciding whether the exercises are appropriate for you, and you should consult a qualified, licensed professional about any health, skin, dental, or cosmetic concern.

3. Health and Safety

Facial exercise involves physical effort and carries some risk. Consult a healthcare professional before starting, especially if you have jaw or TMJ problems, dental work, recent facial surgery, injectables or other cosmetic procedures, skin conditions, nerve or muscle disorders, chronic pain, or any other condition that could be affected.

Stop immediately if you feel pain, clicking, numbness, dizziness, or discomfort, and seek medical advice.
Follow the instructions and do not over-exert; more repetitions are not better.
Results vary from person to person. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome, appearance, or timeframe.
You participate at your own risk.

4. Face Scanning and Camera Access

The scan feature is optional and works only if you grant camera access. The analysis runs entirely on your device: camera images are not saved by the App and are not uploaded to us or to any third party. Only the derived results remain on your device. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Scan only your own face, or the face of someone who has given you their permission.
Scan results are estimates that depend on lighting, angle, and distance, and may be inaccurate.
Do not use the App or its results for identification, verification, surveillance, or any similar purpose.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and legally able to agree to these Terms in order to use the App.

6. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple’s rules.

Exercise programs, instructions, videos, illustrations, and other content in the App belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or use them to build or run your own courses, classes, or products.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
Do not use the App in a way that violates any law or regulation.
Do not use the App to process or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
Do not present App content or scan results as professional medical or cosmetic advice to other people.
Do not scan other people without their consent.

8. Your Data and Content

You are responsible for the information you enter into the App, including its accuracy. The quality of the plan and recommendations you receive depends on the data you provide.

You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content you enter into the App.

9. Your Device

Your plan, activity history, scan results, and settings are stored on your device. This means they stay under your control, and it also means they can be lost if you delete the App, reset your device, or lose it. We do not hold a copy and cannot restore your data.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We cannot guarantee that any storage system is completely immune from unauthorized access.

10. Yoface Premium Subscriptions

Some features and content of the App are available only with an auto-renewing Yoface Premium subscription. The available plans, their duration, price, and any free trial or introductory offer are shown in the App before you purchase. Prices may vary by region and may include applicable taxes.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
If a free trial is offered, you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial or introductory offer is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings at any time after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to Premium until then.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you reinstall the App or change devices, use “Restore Purchases” in the App to restore an active subscription linked to your Apple ID.
We may change the features included in the free and Premium tiers. Changes to subscription prices are made in accordance with Apple’s rules, and Apple will notify you where required.

Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription management is provided with the help of our service provider Adapty, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or suitability for your health, skin, or physical condition.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, pain, health or cosmetic outcome, medical costs, or loss of data arising from your use of the App or from decisions you make based on its content.

13. Privacy

14. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
