• engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or any other similar activity in relation to this app.

4. In-App Purchases

The Pour Game is free to download and play, but it offers optional in-app purchases to enhance gameplay. These include unlocking additional game modes and purchasing hints to assist with completing levels. Payments for these in-app purchases are processed via your iOS account and are subject to the terms and conditions of the iOS App Store.

5. Modifications to Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Country of Ukraine, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ukraine for the resolution of any disputes.
