These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Inky: Quick Document Sign (the “App”) provided by Slonapps (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

The App provides tools for importing, scanning, signing, storing, organizing, and exporting documents, including PDF and image-based files. The App may also provide reusable signature storage and passcode- or Face ID-protected Safe Storage on supported devices.

The App is a document utility and does not provide legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing your documents and determining whether your use of signatures, exported files, and stored content is appropriate for your needs.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple’s rules.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
Do not use the App in a way that violates any law or regulation.
Do not use the App to process, store, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.

4. Your Documents and Content

You are responsible for the documents, signatures, scans, images, and other content you import, create, store, sign, or export using the App.

You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, sign, store, or share such content.

5. Safe Storage and Device Security

The App may allow you to protect selected content using a passcode and, on supported devices, Face ID or other device-supported biometric authentication. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for maintaining control over your passcode and device access.

We cannot guarantee that any storage system is completely immune from unauthorized access.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases (if applicable)

If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple via your Apple ID. Pricing, billing, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with all document formats or workflows.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, documents, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy: Privacy Policy

10. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
