This Privacy Policy explains how Slonapps (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the mobile application Inky: Quick Document Sign (the “App”).

Information We Process

Documents, Images, and Signatures

If you choose to import, scan, sign, store, or export documents, the App may process files such as PDFs, images, scans, and signature drawings in order to provide its features.

This may include document pages, imported photos, scanned pages, signature images, and related metadata needed for editing, exporting, and secure storage.

Camera Access

If you choose to scan a paper document, the App will request access to your device camera. Camera access is used only to capture document images for scanning and import.

Photo Library Access

If you choose to import documents or images from Photos, the App may request access to your photo library or selected photos, depending on your iOS permission settings.

Biometric Authentication / Face ID

On supported devices, the App may use Face ID or other device-supported biometric authentication to help unlock protected content in Safe Storage. Biometric data itself is processed by Apple’s secure system APIs. We do not receive or store your facial scan or raw biometric data.

Passcode-Protected Storage

If you enable Safe Storage, the App may store protected documents and related access state locally on your device in order to restrict access using your chosen passcode and, where enabled, Face ID.

Device and App Data

We may process basic technical information such as device type, OS version, app version, language, and crash logs to diagnose issues and improve the App.

Purchases (if applicable)

If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, transactions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment details (such as credit card numbers). Apple may provide us with limited information like subscription status for account validation.

How We Use Information

To provide and operate App features such as import, scan, sign, save, export, and secure storage.
To let you create, store, and reuse signatures.
To protect access to selected private files in Safe Storage.
To improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
To respond to support requests.

Data Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the App (for example, analytics or crash reporting). These providers are permitted to process data only for providing services to us.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Documents, signatures, and protected files that you save in the App may remain stored on your device until you delete them. Crash and analytics data may be retained for a limited period to investigate and prevent issues.

Your Choices

Camera access: You can enable/disable camera permission in iOS Settings.
Photos access: You can manage photo access in iOS Settings.
Face ID: You can enable/disable biometric access in iOS Settings and in the App, where available.
Analytics: If your device supports it, you can limit ad/analytics tracking in iOS privacy settings.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Users

If you use the App from outside your country, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
