To help us respond faster, please include your device model, iOS version, and app version. If the issue is with a specific lesson or drawing tool, a short description or screenshot helps a lot.
For privacy-related requests, such as access or deletion of your data, use the same address and mention “Privacy request” in the subject line. Keep in mind that your drawings and photos are stored only on your device and are never sent to us, so we do not hold them and cannot retrieve or restore them for you.
