Easely: Learn to Draw

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Easely (the “App”) provided by Slonapps (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

The App provides drawing lessons, step-by-step exercises, and practice tracking. You can practice by drawing on the screen with your finger or a stylus, or by drawing on paper while following the lessons.

2. Educational Content

All lessons, tips, and feedback in the App are provided for general educational and hobby purposes. Learning to draw takes practice, and progress varies from person to person. We do not promise or guarantee any specific skill level, result, or timeframe, and the App does not provide any certification or professional qualification.

3. Comfort and Safety

Drawing for long periods can strain your eyes, hand, wrist, or posture. Take regular breaks, keep good lighting, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort. When drawing on paper, use art materials as intended by their manufacturers and keep them away from small children.

4. Camera and Photo Access

Features that use the camera or your photo library are optional and work only if you grant the corresponding permission. Images you add are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us or to any third party. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Add only images that you have the right to use.
Do not photograph people without their permission.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, and legally able to agree to these Terms in order to use the App.

6. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple’s rules.

Lessons, instructions, reference images, illustrations, videos, and other content in the App belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to learn and practice, but you may not copy, redistribute, publish, or use them to build or run your own courses, classes, or products.

7. Your Drawings

Your drawings belong to you. We do not claim any ownership of the drawings you create using the App, and we do not receive copies of them. You may keep, share, or use your own drawings as you wish, provided that doing so does not reproduce our lesson materials or reference images as standalone content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to any images you add to the App, and for anything you choose to export or share from it.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
Do not use the App in a way that violates any law or regulation.
Do not use the App to create, process, or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
Do not extract or resell the App’s lessons or reference materials.

9. Your Device

Your drawings, lesson history, progress, and settings are stored on your device. This means they stay under your control, and it also means they can be lost if you delete the App, reset your device, or lose it. We do not hold a copy and cannot restore your data. Export drawings you want to keep.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure. We cannot guarantee that any storage system is completely immune from unauthorized access.

10. Subscriptions & Purchases (if applicable)

The current version of the App is free. We may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions in the future. Where offered, they will be processed by Apple via your Apple ID. Pricing, billing, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies, and prices may vary by region.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Where a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription covering the same period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
We may change the features included in free and paid tiers, and we may introduce paid features in future versions of the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, including drawings, arising from your use of the App.

14. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
