These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Wordly (the “App”) provided by Slonapps (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

The App provides tools for learning English vocabulary through lessons, word practice, repetition, progress tracking, and related educational features.

The App is an educational tool and does not guarantee language fluency, exam results, or specific learning outcomes. Your results may depend on your effort, consistency, prior knowledge, and other factors.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple’s rules.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Do not use the App in a way that violates any law or regulation.
• Do not copy, distribute, or resell App content unless allowed by us in writing.

4. Learning Content

The App may include English words, translations, examples, exercises, explanations, and other educational materials. We aim to provide helpful and accurate content, but we do not guarantee that all content will be error-free or suitable for every user.

5. Your Progress and App Data

You are responsible for your use of the App and for any learning progress, settings, or preferences stored in the App. Some data may be stored locally on your device.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions and/or in-app purchases that unlock premium features and additional learning functionality.

All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID account. We do not collect or store your payment information.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.

Current subscription prices and available plans are displayed inside the App and may change from time to time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with all devices, systems, or learning goals.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
