These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application Pet Translator AI: Dog & Cat (the “App”) provided by Slonapps (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Entertainment Only

The App provides playful, entertainment-style “translations” of pet sounds and related features. The App does not provide scientific or guaranteed translation of animal language. You should not rely on the App for medical, behavioral, or safety decisions.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple’s rules.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
Do not use the App in a way that violates any law or regulation.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases (if applicable)

If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, they are processed by Apple via your Apple ID. Pricing, billing, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
