This Privacy Policy explains how Slonapps (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the mobile application Easely (the “App”).

Summary

We do not sell your personal data.
The App does not require an account. You can use it without giving us your name or email.
Your drawings stay on your device. Drawings you make on screen, and any photos of your paper drawings you choose to add, are stored locally and are never uploaded to us. See Your Drawings and Photos.
Camera and photo library access are optional and are requested only when you use a feature that needs them.
Your lesson history, progress, and settings are stored locally on your device.
We use third-party analytics and crash reporting to improve stability and performance. These never include your drawings or photos.
The current version of the App is free. Subscriptions may be offered in the future; payments would be handled by Apple.

Information We Process

Your Drawings and Photos

Easely lets you practice drawing in two ways: drawing with your finger (or a stylus) directly on the screen, and drawing on paper while following lessons in the App.

On-screen drawings are saved by the App on your device so you can return to them and see your progress.
Paper drawings: if you choose to photograph a paper drawing with the camera, or pick an image from your photo library, the image is stored locally inside the App. Any processing of these images happens on your device.
Your drawings and photos are not uploaded to our servers or to any third party, and we cannot see them.
The App saves an image to your photo library or shares it with other apps only when you explicitly choose to export or share it. What happens to an exported or shared image is then governed by the app or service you send it to.
The App does not use the camera to recognize or identify people.

Camera and photo library access are requested only when you use a feature that needs them, and you can revoke them at any time in iOS Settings. Without these permissions, the rest of the App remains available.

Information You Provide

During onboarding and while using the App, you may provide information such as your goals, skill level, preferred drawing mode, practice schedule, and reminder preferences. This information is used to choose and adjust your lessons inside the App and is stored on your device.

Please do not enter passwords, payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other credentials. The App does not need them.

Activity and Progress Data

The App records which lessons and exercises you complete, your streaks and regularity, and related settings, so it can show your progress over time. This data is stored on your device.

Device and App Data

We use third-party analytics and crash reporting services to process basic technical information such as device model, OS version, app version, language, region, approximate usage of screens and features, and crash logs. This helps us diagnose issues and improve the App.

This data does not include your drawings, photos, or camera images. Where required, we ask for your permission before any tracking that relies on the device advertising identifier.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App may send reminders about your practice. You can turn them off at any time in iOS Settings or in the App.

Purchases and Subscriptions (if applicable)

The current version of the App is free. In-app purchases or subscriptions may be offered in the future. Any such transactions would be processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not receive your full payment details (such as credit card numbers). Apple may provide us with limited information such as purchase or subscription status so that we can unlock the corresponding features.

How We Use Information

To operate App features such as lessons, drawing tools, your gallery, and progress tracking.
To personalize your lessons based on what you provide.
To send reminders where you have enabled notifications.
To improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
To validate purchases and subscription status, where applicable.
To respond to support requests.

Data Sharing

We may share limited technical information with service providers that help us operate the App — for example, analytics and crash reporting. These providers are permitted to process data only for providing services to us.

We do not share your drawings or photos with anyone, because they do not leave your device unless you choose to export or share them yourself.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Data Retention

Your drawings, photos added to the App, lesson history, progress, and settings remain stored on your device until you delete them in the App or delete the App. Crash and analytics data may be retained by our service providers for a limited period to investigate and prevent issues.

Security

Keeping your drawings and photos on the device is our main protection: they never travel over a network to us. We also take reasonable measures to protect the limited technical information we do process. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your device and passcode secure.

Your Choices

Camera and Photos: You can grant or revoke camera and photo library access at any time in iOS Settings.
Your data: You can delete drawings and reset your progress in the App, and deleting the App removes locally stored data.
Notifications: You can enable or disable reminders in iOS Settings or in the App.
Analytics: You can limit tracking in iOS privacy settings where supported.
Subscriptions: Where applicable, you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID account settings.

Your Rights (EEA/UK and similar regions)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Note that data kept only on your device is under your direct control and can be deleted by you at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Users

If you use the App from outside your country, the limited technical information described above may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
